Hello I am exposed with hiv pos girl 9 month ago. She was my wife son had sex multiple time but when she got pregnant we gone for test she tested pos and my hiv 4th generation test come out to be negative. Since then I am testing every month my hiv test reports are negative but my cd 4 count is very low now its 234. What to do ?tried all type of test from pcr to western blot. All shoes negative but when I go for cd4 count it is decreasing. The starting test shows me cd4 990 and presently it is 234. And I guess symptoms like fatigue is always there with me. Please help. One thing more I can understand my stress would be one reason of downfall of cd4 but do you really think stress could do so much of downfall from 990 to 234. This is too much. I can understand the downfall of 990 to 800 or even to 700 or 6 but 234 is very less. Do you really think this is only because id stress? Stress can slow down from 990 to 234?
